Retaining good people is critical to your business. For that reason, our relationship with you and your new executive continues after the hiring process ends. We assess your satisfaction as our client as well as the satisfaction of the person you hire to help us improve our performance.

Metholodogy

With any assignment, our first step is to get to know your organization’s unique culture and industry dynamics. Then we perform a thorough assessment of the skills, experience and personality traits of your successful candidate.

Next, our consultants create and deploy a research-driven strategy to identify potential candidates who meet your Selection Committee’s parameters. As part of the process, Snodgrass Partners will use our far-reaching network of relationships to refer qualified candidates – including those who may not be actively looking for a job.

As we identify qualified prospects, we will keep your Selection Committee informed about each step of the appraisal process, per our mutually agreed upon terms of engagement. Prospects elevated to top-tier status will be interviewed by our lead consultant first by video chat and then, if warranted, in person.

Once your Selection Committee is presented with a list of finalists, we will facilitate the scheduling and necessary travel arrangements for candidate interviews. You will also receive our guidance during the final stages of the search process – including but not limited to contacting candidate references, authorizing third-party background checks and arranging for leadership assessment, when desired.

When you are ready to make an offer, we will help you develop a competitive salary and benefits package, along with terms of employment.

Executive Leadership Assessment

When an executive search has delivered a short list of potential candidates, we offer executive leadership assessment through our partnership with Dr. Brian Russell, a nationally recognized psychologist and lawyer. In addition, Dr. Russell can also provide our clients with ethics assessments to ensure a candidate’s ethical priorities and perspectives dovetail with those of your organization.

Guarantee

Snodgrass Partners backs your executive-level search with a written guarantee. That means that if our candidate terminates his or her employment with your organization – or if you terminate the candidate’s employment – within one year from the employment commencement date, we will work to find you an equally attractive replacement candidate for the same function for no additional fee.
