It was the first and continues to be the model bachelor’s degree program of its kind, with nearly 100 percent of its graduates receiving job opportunities. Invaluable Experience for the Next Gen of Tennis Management Professionals

With support from our deep bench of Partners and Allied Partners, our firm develops and delivers in educational sessions to Ferris Professional Tennis Management (PTM) program students. The relationship also provides Snodgrass Partners’ tennis industry clients direct access to up-and-coming tennis management professionals.

The Ferris State Professional Tennis Management program is the first four-year bachelor’s degree program to combine tennis and business.

Its combined emphasis on tennis skills, training, and the management of tennis as a business, uniquely prepares its students to excel in the tennis industry.

The Gold Standard in Tennis Management Education

“Ferris State was the first four-year Professional Tennis Management program to receive accreditation from the Untied States Professional Tennis Association (USPTA). Its high standards, innovative curriculum, and practical internships serve as a model for all other PTM programs in the country,” according to Fred Viancos, former USPTA Director of Education and current USPTA Chief Operating Officer. PTM students receive a bachelor’s degree coupled with their choice of any minor and USPTA Tennis Teaching and United States Tennis Association (USTA) certifications. Learn more.
