Peter Arch grew up in England playing, coaching, and studying the game of Soccer. Since 1989 he has been actively involved in growing the sport in the U.S. and has helped create the largest youth soccer coaching company in North America.

As a founder of Challenger Sports, Peter has helped recruit hundreds of soccer executives and Directors of Coaching, and over 10,000 coaches from Europe, North America, and South America. Peter has built an extensive network within all elements of the U.S. soccer community including Major League Soccer, USL, NASL, ASL, United Soccer Coaches, Collegiate/NCAA, High School and Club.

While earning his degree in the U.K. Peter was captain of the University of Warwick team that went on to win the English National Collegiate Championship. In that same year, Peter was selected to represent both England and Great Britain and was named University Sportsman of the year.

Now a U.S. citizen, Peter lived in Kansas City for 30 years and helped establish the city as one of the hotbeds of American soccer. Peter is married to Kelli. They have a son, Ian, and a daughter, Sammi, who he coached from the age of four until they both graduated and went on to play collegiate soccer.
