Paul is a highly focused and persistent staffing consultant who has more than 15 years of success building complex technology, financial and marketing workforces across the industry spectrum. He has developed strong expertise in supporting clients with very difficult resource needs, including big oil/energy companies, start-up ventures, financial institutions, application development companies and manufacturing firms.
Paul launched his career as a business systems analyst with IBM. He later went on to serve as an officer in a start-up multimedia firm and as an IT consultant.
Paul began to focus his work on recruiting in 2006, and quickly became a thought leader in social media-based employer brand building and recruiting. He uses this expertise to help clients strategically source passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles in niche areas like IT, Finance and Marketing.
