Tom McCoy is a noted author, educator and speaker whose work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal. He is considered a thought leader on the topic of Organizational Culture. As president of the Employee Engagement Institute, Tom provides his services to Snodgrass Partners to ensure C-level candidates are a good fit for client organizations. This includes helping to design executive compensation and total reward programs that reward profitable growth and improve retention.

Tom uses a model-driven Applied Engagement system to help companies reach out to employees at every level in order to educate, enable, empower and engage them to think and act like partners. This process uses a combination of components such as incentive pay, performance scorecards and engagement surveys to connect employees to customers, financials, processes and company culture. These custom solutions increase sales, reduce costs, improve productivity, reduce turnover, enable growth and manage change.

Before starting his own company, he held several business development and human resources positions for leading companies including Sprint and Maritz. He also worked as a consultant focused on increasing sales, productivity, reducing cost, improving process and increasing operating efficiencies for clients in manufacturing, process and service industries throughout the U.S., Europe and South America. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. He holds his Lean Six Sigma methodology certification from Villanova University and an executive coaching certification from the Johnston Institute.
